Booking: To book our services, you must provide accurate and complete information. A booking is not confirmed until we have received the necessary deposit and have provided confirmation.

Payment Terms

Pricing: Our pricing is outlined on the Services page. Prices are subject to change, but we will honour the price agreed upon at the time of booking.

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due five days before the event date.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will not incur additional charges. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Client Responsibilities

Event Details: The client must provide accurate event details, including location, time, and any special requirements.

Permissions: The client is responsible for securing any necessary permissions or licenses for the event (e.g., venue permissions, music licenses).

Environment: The client must ensure a safe and appropriate environment for the DJ to perform, including protection from weather if the event is outdoors.

Our Responsibilities

Equipment: We will supply all necessary DJ equipment, including sound systems and lighting, unless otherwise agreed.

Punctuality: We will arrive at the event location with sufficient time to set up before the start time, details will be agreed upon booking.

Limited Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the client.

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, accidents, or other events that make it impossible to provide our services.

Intellectual Property

Content Ownership: All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by Jack P Events and may not be used without our permission.

Client Media: Any photos or videos taken by us during an event may be used for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
